We are seeking volunteer 2nd level support reporting into Service Level Manager for the following:

  • Wordpress
  • Monday CRM
  • Humanitix
  • Integration and API knowledge

This is a second level support role:

  • Managing incidents when they occur
  • Returning systems to service
  • Communicating with key stakeholders during an indicent
  • Managing incident to resolution
  • Liaising with vendors to support incident rectification
  • Troubleshooting incidents
  • Managing updates to key services to ensure system sustainability

We pride ourselves on the work we do to shift the dial on diversity and need volunteers who are seriously dedicated to this cause.
