We are calling on 100 volunteers to join us on Game Day, and in return, you will receive a ticket to enjoy the game.

Here are the details you need to know:

Date: Saturday, 4th May 2024 Match: West Coast Eagles vs. Essendon Venue: Optus stadium, Burswood Time: 3pm until bounce down

What to Wear: Please dress appropriately for the weather. Wet weather gear may be necessary, but we will confirm closer to Game Day.

Other Information:

• Volunteers can participate individually or as a group of two or more.
• Children must be over 16 years old due to fundraising regulations.
• You will assist in fundraising activities before the game.

Schedule (Approximate):

• 3:00pm: Arrive at the Ground for a briefing.
• 6:10pm: Bounce down - return cash tins, eftpos, and signs.
• After returning items, you can choose to depart or stay and enjoy the game.

Final times and additional details will be provided closer to the event. If you have friends or family who would like to join you, they may apply too.
