• Provide support to patients checking in to a clinic appointment and escort them to the clinic room • Provide resources to patients and families in waiting areas (eg. books, magazines and puzzles) • Greet patients, family and staff on arrival providing a familiar, friendly face • Guide patients, families and carers to the clinic area assisting with the understanding of the instructions in letters • Visit patients in the wards providing company and support
