About
The Burwood Seniors Computer Club, a non-profit organisation, offers computer, smartphone, tablet, or Apple Mac training to seniors over 50 in the Burwood LGA.
As a committee member, you will assist in guiding the club's important decisions and actively take part in meetings will occur quarterly, lasting about 1-2 hours.
Location: Burwood
Times: Meet quarterly - 1 to 2 hours
We are seeking individuals with innovative ideas, energy, enthusiasm, and leadership qualities. We are looking for committee members who are dedicated to empowering seniors to stay connected and engaged through technology.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in communication and information technology
- Knowledge of or a keen interest in the aged care and community sectors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
- Previous volunteer experience or involvement with non-profit organisations
