The role of the Youth Development Volunteer is to support PCYC’s Youth Development Programs team and students with a general range of mentoring and administrative tasks.

General Tasks

• Program planning and administrative support.
• Support coordinator in running sessions.
• Mentor youth participants as planned by coordinator.

Skills and experience required:

• Ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse range of young people.
• Experience or interest in chosen activity.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
• Experience working in culturally diverse environments.
