For this volunteering role no experience is needed, but you will ideally need to posses:

• Good conversational and communication skills,
• the ability to relate to and empathise with a broad range of older people, including those with different lived experiences, abilities and cultures.
• Have a compassionate and non-judgemental attitude and a kind heart.
• Have a genuine desire to help those in need in the community.
