Bushfire volunteers play a significant and vital role in helping to ensure their local communities are safe.  We are looking for someone with good administration and organisational skills to undertake the following tasks:·

  • Use of software to record and track brigade funds.
  • Create and manage invoices and payments.  Follow up to ensure timeliness.
  • Provide a financial report to brigade meetings.
  • Manage various forms of communication including emails, postal mail and telephone.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system on the brigade computer.
  • Submit yearly request for the Local Government Grants Scheme (LGGS).
  • Reviewing and overseeing reconciliation of all accounts.
