Our customers often need support in using their smartphones, laptops and tablets. Being able to connect online is an important part of remaining connected to our community, and we need your help to get them online! If you would like to support someone to build their confidence and utilise their technology, then we'd like to hear from you!

This volunteer role offers:

  • An opportunity to utilise your IT skills in supporting an older person get connected
  • An opportunity to make a positive impact in your community and in the life of someone else
  • Opportunities to learn new skills and gain experience as a volunteer.

We offer opportunities in skill and knowledge development, as well as ongoing support and mentoring. Proficient skills in using a range of smartphones, tablets and laptops is a must, as is good communications skills and the ability to work independently. Having a driver’s licence & access to own vehicle is essential. We value diversity in lived experience, language, skills and abilities.
