Your primary responsibilities will include distributing supplies such as food, clothing, and hygiene products to help make life more manageable for those in need. In addition, you will provide support in completing important forms for social housing, NDIS, and DSP, ensuring that individuals have access to the resources they require.

As an assertive outreach worker, you will also be responsible for transporting individuals to medical appointments, ensuring they receive the care and support they need. Additionally, you will handle phone calls and messages, assisting with any communication needs that arise.

Beyond these duties, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our community by assisting with household tasks such as watering plants, vacuuming, and washing dishes.
