• Assisting with researching and identifying potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations and government sources. • Collaborating with Inclusion Foundation staff and key stakeholders to gather relevant information and resources for grant proposals. • Writing clear, compelling and persuasive grant proposals to assist us to secure funding for the organisation’s projects and initiatives. • Ensuring timely submission of grant drafts to relevant staff that ensures appropriate applications and compliance with all requirements. • Maintaining accurate records of grant applications, deadlines and outcomes and documentation of support materials used • Communicating effectively with donors and funding organisations to build and maintain positive relationships. Qualifications: • Background in communications, journalism, grant applications or related field is desirable. • Excellent research skills with the ability to identify relevant grant opportunities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to adhere to tight timelines. • Commitment to and passion for the mission of Inclusion Foundation. • Previous experience in grant writing or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
