Administration Officer
Port Macquarie Neighbourhood Centre
This role will require administration skills and general knowledge of Microsoft programs.
- Attending to phone and email enquiries
- Refer enquires to the appropriate person
- Manage the admin of welcoming new volunteers
- Maintain volunteer and membership details, including training
- Complete regular network backups and stores the backups off-site
- Keep the procedures / manuals for all functions including Office and administration processes updated
- Purchase stationery and printer supplies for the office
