Volunteers may be assisting in a range of areas across GSHS including our:

• Aged Care Facilities
• Planned Activity Groups
• Exercise programs for older people
• Administration at our Community Health Centre/s
• Palliative Care
• Patient Transportation

To volunteer at GSHS you need:

• Good communication skills
• Be good at following friendly instructions from our team
• Be able to work closely with our team
• Available to attend training activities to help you and others to stay safe and well while volunteering
• Be able to tell us if you have any problems or concerns
• To be caring and compassionate
• Reliability and discretion
