The role of Social Support Volunteer is to provide a safe and reliable service for the clients of Adssi In-home Support. The tasks required are varied and may include assisting with shopping, or shop by list; transport to appointments, taking out for coffee or a drive, visiting people in their homes and participating in leisure activities eg. playing cards, crafts etc or just enjoying a cup of coffee and a chat together. Be part of a friendly team and achieve personal satisfaction by giving back to your community while gaining new skills. Increase your own social connections and have fun! Uniform and PPE provided, free annual flu vaccination.
