89 7FM is a fun and vibrant community radio station which has been in existence for over 20 years.

We are seeking a suitable volunteer who is passionate, enthusiastic and able to lead the small team of volunteers in the day-to-day management of the station.

Reporting to the Board, the role would suit a mature minded individual looking to join a dynamic and friendly team.

Previous management experience in business would be desirable and the role requires a time commitment of 2 days a week, with additional phone and email communication as needed.

Our current Chairperson will provide full training and support to the successful candidate upon commencement to ensure success in the role.

This role is ideal for an individual who doesn't need to work full time in a paid role and is looking to keep their brain active whilst giving back to the community at the same time.
