The Whitford Public Library will be running new afterschool program known as Minecraft Engineers, an after-school Minecraft club that meets weekly from 4pm to 5pm on Mondays.

  Your role as Minecraft Support requires you to be at the library from 3.30pm – 5.30pm on Mondays during the school term. Minecraft Engineers does not run during the school holidays.

Your role includes:

• Helping children fix their redstone creations in Minecraft.
• Assisting in setting up the program space.
• Creating an engaging space to chat about all things Minecraft.

The session is aimed at 7–12 year olds who use creative mode to build in Minecraft. Your role as Minecraft Support is to provide technical assistance and game support to children during the Minecraft Engineers library program.

Knowledge of how to launch Minecraft on multiple devices such as laptops, tablets and Nintendo Switch is desirable.

You must be aged 16 or over to apply for this position. If you are 20 or older you will require a working with children check.
