4 Voices Outreach service will operate at multiple locations on the Gold Coast, commencing on the northern end in Mid April.

As the Safety and Compliance Practitioner you would be responsible for:

• Attending outreach shifts on an ad hoc basis;

• COMPLIANCE related responsibilities as required - including compliance verification ,policies and procedures,

• Outreach and Phone Support Activity and Incident Reports including review and escalation.

• Identify operational requirements and address any issues or concerns related to volunteer performance that require intervention or additional support.

• Bluecard/WWCC compliance.

• Completion of site risk assessments and annual updates. Ensuring volunteers understand risks and mitigation strategies to control risks
