A rewarding opportunity with the non-profit MIYAD wheels program. They seek volunteers to teach driving skills in MIYAD's cars to help disadvantaged people gain a drivers licence, enhance employability and to thrive independently. Female volunteers especially welcome. Hours very flexible. Experience positive outcomes for clients who have no other access to a co-driver and or/car; for whom limited funds precludes driving school lessons. Req: 4yrs C-class licence; good driving skills, strong sense of road rules; enjoy teaching.
