• Driving clients to-and-from occasional appointments or community events • Answering phone • Assisting with the general running of the household • Engaging positively and sensitively with residents • Occasionally attending group recreational activities with staff and residents e.g. cinema, wildlife parks, sports events, etc. • Safeguarding the residents' right to privacy and confidentiality i.e. not sharing names or details of any residents with anyone else, including other residents.
