Implementing planned activities as per activity program Facilitation of the activity groups for a designated period. Following the activity guidelines for the variety of group activities. Reporting to the Programs Coordinator and suggesting any activity ideas. To work unsupervised in the facilitation of small groups and planned activities with the assistance of their support worker. Take care of Activity resources and keep the equipment in good condition. Clean up after groups and storage of equipment to make it easily accessible for other staff members. Respect the equipment. Demonstrated “person-centred” approach to all the residents. Ability to accept responsibility and work unsupervised. Ability to work as part of a team. Displays and applies initiative and flexibility. Demonstrates motivation and enthusiasm.
