Position Overview: We are seeking energetic and organised Volunteer Start and Finish Line Assistants to play a crucial role in managing the start and finish line activities during the Kokoda Challenge. As a key point of contact for participants, you will contribute to the smooth flow of the event, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:

* Start Line Operations: Assist with the setup and coordination of the start line area, ensuring participants are organised, briefed, and ready for the event. * Finish Line Support: Manage the finish line area, congratulating participants, distributing finisher medals, and providing a welcoming atmosphere. * VIP Assistance: Work closely with our event VIP's * Awards Presentation: Assist with the presentation of awards, certificates, or acknowledgments to participants and teams at the finish line.

Qualifications:

* Energetic and enthusiastic with strong organisational skills. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. * Previous experience in event management or similar roles is a plus.
