Position description:

As education support volunteer, you will support children to reach their full potential by engaging them in a love of learning. Collaborate with schools and students to ensure each child has the opportunity to fully participate in education!

You will support students, teachers and schools in Primary and Secondary settings in this dynamic volunteer role. Working one-to-one with children or in small groups, you will help students to further develop their literacy and numeracy skills, as well as being a friendly and positive adult role model to them.

Locations: Ardoch supports schools across Melbourne.

Skills required: Be a positive and consistent role model while supporting students with literacy, numeracy and other key learning areas.

Time required: 2 hours per week

Commitment required: Minimum 1 school term
