Greet and interact with consumers in a respectful and non-judgmental manner. • Foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring all consumers feel valued and supported • Assist in the distribution of food, hygiene kits and clothing if necessary. • Support consumers to access shower and laundry facilities, computers and internet access for job searches, educational pursuits, and communication. • Provide guidance and information on services available in Ballarat • Collaborate with staff in various activities aimed at promoting a sense of belonging and purpose. • Collaborate with staff in organising and implementing health and wellness programs. • Complete referrals for relevant support programs • Contribute to the upkeep of the Centre • Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues.

You'll need to work collaboratively with diverse individuals and groups. • Reliability and punctuality essential, as is a sound understanding and compliance with privacy and confidentiality and sensitivity with working with people experiencing homelessness.
