Treeby Community Association is a resident's association, who run three events per year and an ongoing health and wellbeing program. The committee meets 5 times per year, 6 including the AGM, plus occasional extra meetings. Correspondence includes a few letters per year plus appreciation certificates.

Key Tasks

The tasks of the Secretary position have been divided among committee members. This role has the following tasks:

Set meeting agendas with the Chairperson Take minutes at executive meetings *Occasional correspondence in the form of letters, appreciation certificates etc.

About Treeby Community Association

The Treeby Community Association is a new group of residents in the suburb of Treeby with the sole aim to provide opportunities for locals to make new connections, come together and create a sense of ownership, pride and belonging within the community.

This is achieved by three focus areas: Calleya Community Garden (management and operation) Community Connections (social events) *Community Safety neighbourhood watch program and events)
