Share your smile and companionship during bi-weekly friendly visits with a lovely Greek lady.

Visits may be spent talking or sharing in a simple leisure activity together. Your regular visits can make a real and positive difference to their life - reducing social isolation and improving well-being.

We ask volunteers to commit to bi-weekly visits for at least 6 months, however this is an ongoing role & we hope to support your friendship for as long as possible.

Volunteers receive training, orientation, ongoing support, travel reimbursement and invitations to meetings together with other visiting volunteers.

This program is part of the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme and the Commonwealth Home Support Program– an Australian Government Initiative
