Key Responsibilities: Research: Identify potential grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, government agencies, and other sources that align with our mission and objectives.

Proposal Writing: Prepare compelling grant proposals, applications, and letters of inquiry that effectively communicate our organization's mission, goals, and impact.

Budget Development: Collaborate with our team to create detailed budgets and financial narratives for grant applications.

Grant Submission: Ensure timely submission of grant proposals and applications, adhering to all deadlines and requirements.

Follow-up: Maintain communication with grantors as needed, provide additional information or reports as requested, and cultivate positive relationships with funders.

Success-Based Compensation: Receive a success-based fee for each secured grant, structured as follows: 5% success fee for any grant amount below $100,000. 4% success fee for any grant amount between $100,001 - $200,000. To be determined (TBD) for any grant amount above $200,000.

Qualifications: Proven experience in grant writing with a track record of securing grants for nonprofit organizations. Strong research skills to identify and qualify potential grant opportunities. Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities. Proficiency in budget development for grant proposals. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
