Our Volunteer Transport Service allows member of the community with no means of transport to access non-urgent medical appointments or social outings.

The role:

Our volunteers provide a door-to-door transport service for frail older people who have no means of transport to non-urgent medical appointments or social outings. Your support will assist our clients to access their community, such as attending community groups or medical appointments, enabling them to keep active and socially engaged, with a friendly chat on the drive to brighten their day. As a volunteer you will be responsible for following schedules, maintaining a friendly and professional manner and ensuring clients are transported safely to their appointments.
