We are passionate about creating the best patient experience that we can and encourage you to take the time and chat to patients and their visitors as you go about your shift.

This role will see you visiting with our longer stay patients and offering them a gentle touch hand massage. You do not need experience offering hand massage, just a willingness to learn and connect with people. Really this is more about gentle touch, a slight pressure and light massage.

We are looking for volunteers for the following shifts:

• Monday, Wednesday or Friday 8.30am - 12.30pm
• Any afternoon from 3pm -5pm

Help us to provide a calm and relaxing space for our patients. Our volunteers are a friendly and social team, we have morning tea together each shift and enjoy a good laugh. We also pride ourselves on connecting with our patients and their families, we look for those small moments where we can really make a difference!
