SCOPE • THE Develop an entertainment package, primarily Irish music and dance, for the event. Reach out to schools to encourage participation of school bands, dance groups and fashion (free performances) • To help select the best groups (preference for those in the Mundaring neighbourhood) • To build and maintain a data base of possible entries • To be the primary point of contact in the lead up to the event and on the day • To help prepare participation trophies for all entries • To help out with other entertainment organisational tasks as may be agreed • Provide the organising Committee with a brief summary of progress every month
