Are you a people person with a warm and friendly demeanor? Join our vibrant team at the new Lifeline West Ipswich shop as a Customer Service volunteer. Your role will involve creating a welcoming atmosphere for our valued customers.

By generously offering your time, you'll set the stage for an excellent customer experience. Collaborating with fellow team members, you'll contribute to an inviting environment and provide top-notch service to our customers. Your involvement will also help raise awareness about Lifeline's crucial work in Crisis Support and Suicide Prevention throughout Queensland.

What's the scoop? You'll become part of a diverse volunteer team at our lively Lifeline Ipswich Central shop, and the schedule is flexible to suit you.

✅ Your to-do list?  Greeting customers, offering assistance with baskets or trolleys, guiding them to different product sections, and keeping them in the loop about store promotions. Engaging and supporting customers will be your jam. You'll also chip in to boost community awareness of the Lifeline Central shop in West Ipswich-, working alongside other dedicated team members.

🤹🏼 What skills we're looking for: If your warm and bubbly personality shines through, you're perfect for the role. Strong communication skills and a willingness to assist the team in various store operations are key. Your openness to collaborating with people from all walks of life is essential.
