Chinese Australian Services Society (CASS) CASS provides a comprehensive range of community services and activities in Metropolitan Sydney including Upper North Shore area. Their Settlement Services Programs are currently looking for volunteers for their Smart Devices Support and Form Filling Services.

Smart Devices Support and Form Filling Services aim to assist Chinese-speaking migrants in navigating smart devices (e. g. mobile phones/tablets), understanding daily correspondence and filling out simple forms (e. g. Centrelink and Services NSW welfare applications, passport & licence applications.)

About the role

• Offer one-on-one support to clients in utilizing smart devices, such as mobile phones and tablets.

• Assist clients in filling out simple forms, including Centrelink and Services NSW welfare applications, passport and license applications.

• Help clients through understanding and responding to daily correspondence.

About you

• Fluency in English/Mandarin or Cantonese.

• Possession of a valid national police check.

• Covid-19 vaccination certificate.

• Availability to work in Hornsby areas.
