Key Duties of the Role:

  • Collection / rescue of fruit and vegetables, bread and other food & pantry products as sourced by Food Rescue Officer
  • Assisting with the loading & unloading of food deliveries
  • Stocking shelves and fridges
  • Stock rotation
  • Customer service – respectfully dealing with Personnel / Staff from Organisations that donate food
  • Ensuring the hygiene, cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle at all times
  • Needs to demonstrate co-operative attitude when working with other team members
  • Neat presentation is needed as Volunteers will be representing our Community Centre
