Every day there is a fun group activity occuring in Sundale's Care Centres. Meet with the volunteer coordinator and have a look at the monthly calendar. There are a range of fun activities you can support the lifestyle coordinator with including:

• Bingo

• HOY (card game)

• Bus trips

• Art and craft

• Games and puzzles

• singing

• exercise

• gardening club

• or host an activity of your choice

You can volunteer for as little or as much time as you're available. As a guide, most activities take 45-60 minutes to complete.
