We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Volunteer Secretary/Administrator. In this crucial role, you will provide invaluable support to our organisation, ensuring smooth operations and helping us achieve our goals. Your contributions will be essential in making a difference in the lives of many.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.

  • Support the coordination of events, workshops, and community programs.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes.

  • Assist with volunteer management, including recruitment, orientation, and coordination. Conduct research, compile reports, and assist with data management.

  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed to support the organisation.

Requirements:

  • A passion for social impact and a genuine interest in making the world a better place.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Prior experience in administration or secretarial roles is preferred but not required.
