We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Volunteer Secretary/Administrator. In this crucial role, you will provide invaluable support to our organisation, ensuring smooth operations and helping us achieve our goals. Your contributions will be essential in making a difference in the lives of many.
Responsibilities:

Assist with general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.

Support the coordination of events, workshops, and community programs.

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes.

Assist with volunteer management, including recruitment, orientation, and coordination. Conduct research, compile reports, and assist with data management.

Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed to support the organisation.
Requirements:

A passion for social impact and a genuine interest in making the world a better place.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Prior experience in administration or secretarial roles is preferred but not required.
