Hope Island Tennis Club Inc, is a not-for profit community tennis club in Sickle Ave, Hope Island.

As Club Secretary you will be required to:

• Take minutes of meetings, f/u actions and produce agendas for our committee meetings.
• Monitor the club email and incoming correspondence and communicate any actions from same.
• Maintain databases.
• Lodge documents.
• Assist other committee members and President as required with organising club activities.

Committee meetings conducted 3-monthly. Next GM Sept 2025. Next AGM in June 2025.

Ideally if you have an interest in tennis would be great but is not mandatory.
