Skills required – The Cattery volunteer role includes:

• Changing cat bedding
• Cleaning pens, including hosing and drying floor and wiping surfaces and shelves
• Emptying, cleaning and refilling litter trays
• Refilling water and providing food
• Washing dishes and bedding
• Grooming long haired cats and affectionate handling and petting of all cats to accustom them to people
• Other cattery related tasks as required
