The duties for a Volunteer Co-ordinator here at Ozcare are: • Coordinate with the on board process of new volunteers • Assist with mentoring and guidance of volunteers • Provide assistance with online training • Provide assistance with volunteer police certificate applications • Provide support and regular supervision to volunteers while on site • Photocopying, filing and archiving • Be computer literate Reasonably fit and energetic. The Volunteer must have their 1, 2 and 3 Covid boosters as well have had their flu vaccination for this year. A police check is also required. It is a expected the following a successful orientation the co-ordinator will commit to working 4 hours in the morning on any day Monday to Friday. Co-ordinator will be required to have the ability to engage with elderly residents.
