Administration Assistant Volunteer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Mediation Coordinator with administration tasks and/or Volunteer Coordinator when appropriate.
STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
- Work in alignment with CAB’s values and Code of Conduct
- Greet all clients and manage them as required
- Assist in booking client appointments for mediation services or legal services as required
- Answering Mediation line or Admin line as required
- Completes data entry, ensuring accuracy of inputted data
- Assists with the preparation of materials for training and other events as required
- Photocopying/printing for clients and reception (contact sheets, JP statistics sheet, brochures)
- Stationary orders
- Maintain COVID practices i.e. social distancing, hand sanitiser with signage
- Report any identified hazards to health or safety of volunteers or staff immediately
- Assist the Volunteer Coordinator/Mediation Coordinator with any other duties that are required. These may include but not limited to: a. Proof reading b. Administration tasks c. Tasks from other members of staff that are approved by the Volunteer Coordinator/Mediation Coordinator.
