KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist the Mediation Coordinator with administration tasks and/or Volunteer Coordinator when appropriate.

STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

  1. Work in alignment with CAB’s values and Code of Conduct
  2. Greet all clients and manage them as required
  3. Assist in booking client appointments for mediation services or legal services as required
  4. Answering Mediation line or Admin line as required
  5. Completes data entry, ensuring accuracy of inputted data
  6. Assists with the preparation of materials for training and other events as required
  7. Photocopying/printing for clients and reception (contact sheets, JP statistics sheet, brochures)
  8. Stationary orders
  9. Maintain COVID practices i.e. social distancing, hand sanitiser with signage
  10. Report any identified hazards to health or safety of volunteers or staff immediately
  11. Assist the Volunteer Coordinator/Mediation Coordinator with any other duties that are required. These may include but not limited to: a. Proof reading b. Administration tasks c. Tasks from other members of staff that are approved by the Volunteer Coordinator/Mediation Coordinator.
