Develop and implement creative and age-appropriate children's programs and activities that promote learning, growth, and positive relationships. Coordinate volunteers and staff to support children's programs and ensure a safe and supportive environment for participants. Develop and maintain relationships with parents, community partners, and donors to increase participation and support for children's programs. Manage program budgets, track expenses, and report on program outcomes to management. Ensure compliance with organization policies and safety procedures, including risk management and emergency response plans. Evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
