The IPREP program provides a framework for organising a mock interview program for students from year 9 to year 12. Stride staff coordinate volunteers who are screened, trained and Police Checked to conduct 10 minute interviews with individual students.

iPrep volunteers provide a 1- to-1 mock job interview to help young people prepare for the world of work. Interviews may be online, or face-to-face on site. Training, materials and ongoing support are provided.

Volunteers require a current Working with Children Check and Crimcheck (completed through Stride Education at no cost).

The position is very flexible, volunteers only opt in for the day/times they’re available.
