How this will work: • A staff member will contact you via mobile if you reside in the vicinity or reside locally to the client needing the service.

• Confirmation of your availability for this service will be confirmed via phone call or text to your mobile.

• Coordinator will set up initial assisted shop with client, if both parties are happy to continue the service with each other, client and volunteer will, moving forward, organise days and times between one another for assisted shopping,

• it is then up to the volunteer to text service coordinator with date and kilometres when shop is completed. This is then recorded and calculated at the end of each month and paid to volunteers nominated bank account. Please note: any personal errands incurred whilst completing your tasks will not be included.
