The duties of the position include • Providing effective intake service and support for SMLS client services. • Responsible for providing excellent customer service to SMLS client through telephone, reception or email-based contact. • Responsible for providing efficient and high-quality support to SMLS staff, law students and volunteers in service delivery. • Ensure accurate data entry into the client management system. • Provide general administration support not limited to providing general service information, conduct conflict checks, and book clients into the most appropriate clinic appointments.
