Administration Assistant – Roster Support

The volunteer will:
- manage team rosters by:
- making changes to the roster at short notice
- compiling and coordinating team rosters by the agreed date
- emailing and /or mailing team rosters as appropriate
- replacing volunteer staff (e.g. reader or presenter shifts) as necessary and advise relevant staff of any changes
- reporting any issues or concerns to the Regional Radio Coordinator or Volunteer partnership Coordinator (VPC)
- informing the Regional Radio Coordinator or Volunteer Partnership Coordinator (VPC) of volunteer resignations, inactive volunteers and long leaves of absence
- advising the Regional Radio Coordinator or Volunteer Partnership Coordinator (VPC) of new requests for volunteers
- complete required data recording tasks to accurately record information about your volunteering activities (e.g. sign in and out of all shifts)
- perform administration tasks and office duties (e.g. data entry and collection, filing, scanning, creation of documents, coordinating rosters) accurately and in a timely manner to ensure operations run smoothly
- be required to attend meetings that assist with planning and information provision
