The role involves:
- Draft each Board meeting’s agenda and send to the Chair for approval.
- Issue reminders to Board Members of upcoming meetings and maintain calendar invitations.
- Collate meeting papers and make them available to Board Members prior to each meeting.
- Attend Board meetings and accurately record the minutes and actions for each meeting and provide the draft to the Chair for approval.
- Simple book-keeping transactions to support the Treasurer.
- Maintain the Board’s action log.
- Manage IT queries from Board Members.
- Complete other administrative tasks as directed by the Secretary or the Board.
- Provide assistance to sub-committees as directed by the Secretary or the Board.
Skills & Experiences:
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within team environments
- Ability to work under pressure
- Valid full Drivers Licence
