Reception and Activity Support
Gailes Community House
Reception duties including:
- greeting and directing visitors
- answering telephone
- take bookings for groups and Budget Grub Hub
- help staff with administrative tasks
- set up tables and chairs for activities and programs
- help community members with access public computer and other simple enquiries.
No formal qualifications required. What we do require you to have:
- basic administrative skills including computer skills
- ability to communicate and work with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences
- ability to support vulnerable people with respect and clear information
- good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

Your support will help Gailes Community House provide a safe, welcoming, inclusive space for community members to meet, access information, support and Emergency Relief, our weekly food relief program Budget Grub Hub and programs to support families.
