Support for tasks such as preparing gestational bags; photocopying for the unit; folding letters; ensuring items are mailed out correctly; and delivering surveys to patients after unit attendance. Patient, Family and Visitor support:

• Assist visitors to find relatives and friends on other wards and outpatient areas
• Provide non-clinical conversations with patients while sitting with them
• Orientate patients, relatives and visitors to services and facilities on the ward
• Orientate patients, relatives and visitors to services and facilities available in the Hospital (e.g., cafe, phones, car parking, ATM, gift shop,)
