Support the Emergency Support Program coordinator and team. Food Sorting: Assist with unpacking and sorting of food deliveries and donations. Customer Service: Greet vulnerable people who are in need of assistance. Gather basic information. Provide food and toiletries and refer clients to other services as required. Being friendly, helpful and willing to work as part of a team is important for this role.
