The Shop Barista volunteer duties include:

• Making and serving beverages, such as coffee and tea
• Clean and maintain coffee machine and equipment
• Provide excellence in customer service to all consumers
• Prepare food for sale in line with industry Food Safety Standards ie sandwiches,rolls and salads
• Loading and unloading dishwasher and cleaning food preparation areas
• Cash register and point of sale (POS) operations

Role Requirements:

• Completion of Safe Food Handling training ( provided on site)
• Compliance with the Food Safety Plan is essential
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Previous customer service experience is highly desirable
• Previous POS experience is desirable
