We are passionate about the history of our building and about having it sustain its existence and thus preserving it for use by generations to come. We are a group where if something needs doing we all tend to get in and do it.

Honesty, reliability and a passion for our heritage building is essential. A willingness to work well with our team. Any background in baking, food prep or food safety could be an advantage, but your dedication and pride in your work is of greater importance.
