MSWA provides vital support and services to people living with neurological conditions in Western Australia. This includes people living with multiple sclerosis (MS), stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, motor neurone disease, and acquired brain injury, to name a few. MSWA, formerly known as The Multiple Sclerosis Society of Western Australia, was formed in 1972 by a group of people with MS committed to helping others access information and support. Today, MSWA has a team of 1000 staff who all work passionately to provide the best possible care to people right across the metro area and regional centres of Western Australia. MSWA is a non-government, not-for-profit organisation. The money we raise through our fundraising efforts, government grants and other income generating programs goes directly to providing a range of supports and services to people living with neurological conditions.
