Shepparton Villages is a unique community-based organisation that started as a dream in 1963 through the Rotary Club of Shepparton. A leader in aged care, we are one of the largest local employers. We are a community-focused, not-for-profit organisation with an honorary Board of Directors and employ more than 500 staff across three locations.
